Dragons are allowed in play. However, given their potential to pose an unfair advantage in battle, they must go through moderator approval.
To apply for a dragon, send any staff member your dragon's profile - name, size, species, personality. This should include your dragon's traits and physical features clearly explained somewhere.
----------
Guidelines - All dragons should be around the size of a horse. Smaller dragons may also be accepted. That's about 6ft, at the shoulder and about 100-1500lbs, at maximum. - Dragons ARE allowed to fly. They may have any kind of wings. Insectoid or multiple wings ARE allowed, but they will not be able to fly with them. - Dragon's ability to fly and ability to breath fire is linked. As such, fire breath should be limited in use - four or five puffs of fire=no flight. - Other dragonesque traits - horns, spikes, whatever - are fine. - Lethal venoms and special non-fire breath are NOT allowed. - If a trait is not covered here, it still may be applied for moderator consideration. Dragon traits should not give an extreme unfair advantage, and should have some grounding in biology.

THE DRAGON: ANCIENT RULER OF THE SKIES.
Dragons are not dinosaurs, nor are they flying reptiles like the pterosaurs. No, Dragons are a far more ancient species - relatives of dinosaurs, Dragons are said to have come from the north and quickly spread outward. They exist as the most physically variable of all ancient reptiles. Once revered as kings, this solitary species has only just begun to dwindle.
Flying & Breathing fire
Both a dragon's flight and fire rely on the use of Hydrogen. Thus, fire is used mostly for display and in great danger, as a few puffs will render a dragon unable to fly away.
Dragons' wings are fragile and easily broken.
Reproduction
Dragons, at most, will lay 4-5 eggs per clutch. However, in many cases these eggs don't survive, so 1-2 surviving children is the most common. Dragon hatchlings are called whelps.
Hybridization
Dragons are able to breed with dragons or raptors.
Lifespan
Dragons live roughly 65-70 years, similarly to a utahraptor.
